Apply for your trade stand

Application for all trade stands is made online via our website. You will be directed to our partners Showing Scene where you will need to complete and submit the trade stand application form.

Before starting your application, please read the Trade Stand Exhibitor Information Pack attached below and refer to the Showground Plan for section positions.

We will need a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate (valid for the date of the Show) and your Risk Assessment. You can download an example Risk Assessment Template below.

If your insurance is due for renewal between now and the Show date, you may still book a trade stand now but remember to send us the new certificate when it has been renewed.
