Sponsor Packages

All sponsors of the Heathfield Show and their invited guests, have unlimited use of the Sponsor's marquee where free drinks and nibbles are provided throughout the day. Sponsors will also be invited to the Sponsor's reception held in the Sponsor's Marquee from 12 noon to 2 pm on Show Day.

Sponsors and their guests can also enjoy the facilities offered to Show Members and can make full use of the restaurant within the Member's marquee.

Sponsors with a budget in excess of £600 can purchase additional guest badges at reduced rates and will have an opportunity to display a banner in the Main Arena.

We have packages to suit all budgets:

Oak Sponsor: from £1000

In this category we tailor make packages to suit our Sponsors and their budgets. An example Oak package:

• Sponsorship of a section such as the Farmers’ Market.
• Full page colour advertisement in Show programme (distributed free of charge to visitors to the Show).
• 1 x Banner in Main Arena and 1 x banner in Livestock or Horse class
• Sponsorship of a Livestock or Horse class with opportunity to present prizes
• Acknowledegment over the Showground PA system
• 4 Sponsor’s badges, 4 Sponsor’s guest badges and VIP parking facilities
• Hospitality in Sponsors’ marquee
• Listed on the Heathfield Show web page as sponsor with link to your web site

Ash Sponsor: from £300

Donation: Under £150

Sponsorship is subject to VAT @ 20%. Under £150 is classed as a donation and has no benefits therefore VAT is not applicable.
