SPONSORSHIP AT THE 2007 HEATHFIELD SHOW
here are various opportunities for sponsorship at the Heathfield Show which include:
- Sponsoring a display in the Main Arena (from £300)
- Sponsoring a livestock class (from £100)
- Programme sponsorship (tba)
- Showground maps (tba)
- Sponsoring one of the Display Marquees like the Food Marquee or Members' Enclosure (from £500)
- Sponsoring one of the entertainments such as The Monster Trucks (from £1000)
- Banner in the Main arena (£150)
All Sponsors and their invited guests have unlimited us of the Sponsor's Marquee where there are free drinks and nibbles throughout the day and additionally they receive an invitation to the Sponsor's Reception held in the Sponsor's Marquee 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Show Day.
Depending on a potential sponsors budget the benefits can be categorised as follows:
Category 1: (Over £600)
In this category we tailor make packages to suit our sponsors. The Benefits of sponsoring the Heathfield show can include:
- Opportunity to promote your product to large local audience (20,000+)
- Banners in Main Arena
- Hospitality in Sponsors marquee
- VIP parking facilities
- Advertisement in Show Programme
- Invitation to present prizes and provide information for Show commentary
- Opportunities are also available for companies to provide corporate entertainment at the Show.
- Reserved tables of 10 for the official Presidents lunch.
- Afternoon tea can also be arranged.
Category 2: (£400 -£599)
4 Sponsors badges, 4 guest badges, 4 Members car passes
Category 3: (£200 - £399)
3 Sponsors badges, 3 guest badges, 3 Members car passes
Category 4: (£100 - £199)
2 Sponsors badges, 2 guest badges, 2 Members car passes
Sponsors and their invited guests have unlimited use of the Sponsors
Marquee and receive an invitation to the Sponsors. Reception held in
the Sponsors Marquee 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Show Day.
Under £100 is classed as a donation.
All sponsorship is subject to VAT @ 17.5%
